The hybrid pour
live tabletop + AIThe ice explosion
slow motion plate, AI extension
project 01
Coconut Cola
B Natural’s cola. We shot the pour for real on the tabletop, then extended it, exploded it and finished it in AI. Hybrid from start to end.
the new machine
Producing since 2022. AI since 2023. First AI film directed & produced that year. No looking back.
Shoot for real where it matters, generate where it’s smarter; the craft decides which is which. One project at a time, top to bottom.

project 02
One packshot, shot once. The new Sizzl artwork is painted onto the pouch in AI, following every crinkle and highlight, while the floating momo, steam and camera stay exactly as shot. Drag to compare.
project 03
We made AI animatics before a single light went up, then shot the film exactly as drawn. Top: the animatic. Bottom: the film.
project 04
Pre-visualisation for the campaign. Talent, wardrobe and the pack were locked in reference sheets, then every key visual was generated to the exact composition, so the shoot had its frames before anyone turned up.
project 05
A still-life scene rebuilt around the Nirvana bottle: glass and flowers removed, wall print cleaned, bottle re-placed, label reproduced to the pixel. Then a 4x upscale for large-format print. Plus two spec fragrance films, fully generated.
project 06
A full anime football film produced through an AI agent pipeline: script, shots, sound and colour.
project 07
A cookie, a robot arm and a whole universe built around it. Hybrid tabletop meets AI world-building.
project 08
A collector’s box of house chocolates, launched with a film built in AI from the product shoot up: the box opens, the houses glow, the magic stays on the pack.
project 09
A fully AI-animated film. Characters, world and performance, directed like a shoot.
project 10
Shoot it for real, then let the animation grow out of the plate. A corndog re-rendered as anime, and 3D titles that land on live footage with the face protected. Drag to see the plate against the finished frame.
